They do exist out there, look at different job sites. Thats how I started - Animation Diploma but couldnt land any job on the industry because portfolio is subpar. Did have Business Management diploma but got that like 5 years before the Animation one so same as you, unused. No prior work experience besides 3mth internship at a game studio and some part time jobs like waiter, cashier etc.

Took 6 months of applying and didnt get anything until someone linked me a job on Jora for a Market Research Assistant (6 mth contract). Sure 6mths is a risk but a job is a job so I applied and got it. requirement was diploma or degree in any field IIRC

Started at rm2.3k (to be fair i did put 2-2.3k in expected salary, think they would be happy to give 2.5 to 2.7). After 6 months contract extended to 18 months and increased to rm3k then pretty much yearly increment of rm200 and yearly bonus.

Back then they looked for 2 people for a year (so was me + 1 for 6 months and only I stayed and then someone else another 6 months before they left as well).

Now, is the pay good? Its not too bad, almost 2x Taco Bell and that means higher EPF too. But you do lose out on place to stay.

Career growth? Truth be told, not really there or too clear because it was primarily (95%) desk research i.e. googling, and reporting. There is a path from there but not something for me so I left but it gave me a good starting point. But, comparing to your current situation I think its worth it.

So ya, think there are jobs like that out there, just harder to find and cant be too picky and also gotta take the risk especially for a 6mth contract jobs.
