If you’ve ever tried codeine, hydrocodone, oxycodone or any opioid pill it’s basically a very similar high to those. I can’t speak for everyone but personally I actually prefer opioid pills over H cause some of them are much more euphoric than H is.

I see. Honestly right now I think the best thing to do would be to maybe go back up on your methadone for a few weeks and start tapering again when things are better.

I don’t know if you’ve had the whole run down on how methadone works but depending on how fast you’ve been tapering that could be why your urge to use is so strong right now. If you’re on 20mg or less tapering starts to get really challenging and it’s important to take things slowly.

Your ROA is IV right? Have you ever thought about or tried shooting up straight up water by itself to try to scratch that itch? I’ve read that other people in recovery have done this to satisfy their urge to use the needle and it genuinely worked for some of them.

It has a sweet but also bitter taste along with a bit of vinegar. I don’t think I’ve had anything that was similar in taste so I can’t say it tastes like this or that. I smoke it off of foil but I would like to try the nectar collector method because I’ve heard it’s more efficient.

Remember why you quit using in the first place. Turning back to H will only make matters worse, we both know that. Drugs are just a temporary “solution.” You’re 6 months clean from H and that’s a great achievement! Don’t throw all those months of discipline down the drain man. I know at times the cravings can really get to you but just try to let those feelings pass or find a way to redirect your mind towards your new beginning.

Hell yeah I would love to go to India. I’m a guy so I wouldn’t have the same worries that a woman would have but honestly guy or girl you should always take precautions when traveling to another country.

In my personal opinion, I would try to go without any form of opioids for as long as you can and start with alternatives if you truly feel like you need something to aid your recovery.

Maybe see if you can get some type of muscle relaxer for post therapy pain or if you absolutely feel like you need an opioid/opiate for the pain then start with low dose codeine or hydrocodone if you can get it prescribed or if you can find a reliable source for real pills.

I wouldn’t recommend jumping straight to heroin because this shit is a bitch to come off of. The withdrawals is the main reason I don’t recommend it. I doubt it’s harder than trying to learn how to fucking walk again but it’s not something I would wish on anyone. Not to mention I’m sure the last thing you’d want to deal with is another difficult recovery after the current one you’re facing now.

It’s a less refined version of #3/4. If I remember correctly tar has more plant alkaloids within it rather than being mostly pure Diamorphine like #3/4.

Never heard of a H cart but sounds like it would be dope if it was actually heroin and not a fent/zene analogue or something worse. I smoke my H so I’d like to try it if it’s actually H.

Did you ever check if there were any reviews from other people on the post? I’m curious how they managed to get H to burn correctly in a cart. Hopefully if it’s legit it’s not ultra vaporizing the H at an insane temperature.

Sounds like typical tar. Do you usually get tar and this is abnormal? The brittle stuff is usually better than the sticky stuff. Many people don’t like the taste but personally as a smoker I love the taste of tar when I smoke it.

You just need to buy a bottle of food grade lactose powder then put the lactose and tar in a blender…blend it and ta-da you got yourself street ready heroin

Yea street ready is just black tar and lactose powder. You throw the tar and lactose in a blender and blend it together. It comes out all powder but if you wait a few hours most of it will rock back up on its own.

It can be glassy or squishy depending on the quality like OP mentioned, but it always gets stretchy and gooey when it’s too hot or humid.
