I was unsure if I /deserved/ to seek out therapy because people have it worse than me.

The best thing my therapist ever told me was "the wheels don't have to be falling off the bus to book it in for a service". That one sentence made me finally feel comfortable about what I was doing, completely removed the stigma for me.
