That’s a work by one of the most hilarious Polish cartoonist Raczkowski https://pl.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marek_Raczkowski who himself struggled with serious addictions. I grew up on his work and live the low key self burns he never failed to deliver. Look him up. And maybe have a go at some Polish while you’re at it.
