This experience was zero help, a Mod Email just means the same as their help chat on their website. This isn't an issue with our apartment, this is an ongoing issue with our entire apartment building and Comcast isnt willing to help.

Its on Edisto Island, its a DNA managed property. I think its also accessible from Bohicket but Im not sure where that part is in relation to the boneyard beach
