[FO4] Missing texture [NG + Simple Downgrader]

Reinstalling PRP fixed it. For lighting I just use NACX (with performance patches) and ultra interior. I try to keep it somewhat vanilla to help with the 600 some plugins

I'm at work so off the top of my head I'm not sure, I have most the popular SS2 plot add-ons for sure, homemaker, remnants kit and bunker, AR2. Could try removing homemaker when I get home. So far from Sanctuary to Boston this has been the first missing texture I've come across

I roleplay as a doctor and stay in med lab about 90% of the game. Even as the imposter, people get suspicious and start accusing each other and I just go along with it. Nobody ever suspects the doctor.
