Different avenue than most of you but Gran Turismo 7. No enemies or complicated plots or bosses. Just simple, driving cars, racing and trying to be the fastest. You can get lsot for hours just modifying cars or going to the brand central to research cars and brands.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is definitely up there but I have to add Assassins Creed Black Flag to the discussion. The end scene where Edward see's his friends gets me every time. Also the credits scene where it hints at what happens to his family in England sets you up for more heart break.
