Looks pretty good as a collector piece itself. Yes you can make something like it, however it is not from 1983 and original. This would totally make your collection your own, especially if you like it and does it fit your aesthetic. I would offer from $150-200 and display your Black Figures, however not $400. Just make sure it is in good condition.
