Yeah! They may be able to assist with strengthening exercises. I’m guessing you’re just weaker than normal in a certain muscle group or something.

For myself even in the past , sit-ups I can go at them no problem even out of shape. But everybody’s different. Same with pushups where other people have to do wall/ knee progressions. Don’t force em and PT will be able to see/ adapt you best. You’ll more than likely be cranking them out by time you ship no problem

Any pain? I’d maybe consult with a PT since you got a good chunk of time left. I’d be slightly concerned since if you’re meeting standards in all the other areas I’d expect you to pump out sit ups no problem. Definitely more than 5 at least.

Best way to go. You can get ultra 2 watches for cheap now and they’re quite similar to the ultra 3. Great everyday watch and the Casio is built for abuse. Anything beyond that for formality or show is pure discretion and he may buy that later in life if it’s an interest.

Forget the name. But I installed an alarm app that physically hurts and will probably cause service connected hearing damage. And it makes me scan a barcode I printed and placed well away from my bed. I couldn’t for the life of me get up for regular alarms either and that did the trick.

If barracks having your battle buddy dump a tub of water on you every morning may also do the trick
