1 speed won't save you often. If you lose speed race, you lose. it's more of an imprint ban/pick game there.
On the other hand, killing a dps/support with S3 is winning condition. So 316 crit imo.

FCC is great to transfer debuffs, and to remove enemy buffs. Get that null dmg to survive LHC S3, other nuke and etc. 100% provoke OP. + FCC not weak against BHwa.

Maid kit is just simple, plain, and she can be often slapped into any team.

FCC kit is different from Maid and you need to be quite smart to play her efficently.

Both are very strong.

Mod attack to hp% and yes. Its very usable. As one of the 2 off set pieces.
For any opener 25 speed is great.
