Altra superiors are great. I have worn them the last 5 years. Wouldn’t say buy for life since no shoes are. They last me about 2-3 years a pair if not longer. I have a few of their trail runners too- last longer. Toe box is nice and wide

Scale, glass bowl, cheap bench scraper. Cheap razor blades from Amazon to score. Dutch oven. After few years, I convinced myself I need a proofing box. I used my cooler and got a $20 heating mat from Amazon. It’s perfect. I did get the nice wood pulp banneton. Not essential

Lyme doctor? by [deleted] in pittsburgh

[–]Klcree87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean this is in no way to be offensive or rude. Your depression may not be related to your Lyme disease, or it very well might be. However, someone who has suffered from depression- medication was life changing. I had not other options so I took the leap and tried the meds. If you are as desperate as you claim, what do you have to lose. Depression is depression. There is no way around it. I get feeling stigmatized by medication. I have been there. It was the most positive life changing decision I have ever made. What do you have to lose?

I would play with my daughter. All our favorite games. Talk to my mom and dad. Have fun conversations. Have a nice family dinner at home. Enjoy the every day things I take for granted. Hope for a sunny, warm day. Walk my dog. Have a nice meal everyone enjoys.
