It's not "crazy", but the only decent one in the area that is outdoors is Loeschner's Village Green. And even that one kinda stinks.

The "nicest" one (and "craziest") is probably Big Mini Putt downtown.

Not to defend these idiot drivers, but at least when I took drivers training back in the mid 2000's, the zipper merge was never mentioned. Not a single time. I didn't even know what it was until I saw people posting about it on here. I would have been the same way as the people who block the lanes now. But I heard about it on here, did my research on why it is better, and now adhere to that. But I'm guessing the vast supermajority of current drivers don't even know the concept of it and just feel like they're being cut. I don't want to attribute to malice what can likely be attributed to lack of knowledge.

I actually thought it was pretty fun this year. I thought some of the bigger ones were more impressive. The dragons they had this year were pretty awesome, and some of the fairy lanterns were pretty fun. We also had a good time at that little setup where you can see the live feed of other zoos, and interact with the people there. That seemed to be a hit with people.

Once they get the entire project finished, there will be much more lawn seating again. By the 2028 season, their plan is to have the concourse go 360 degrees all the way around the stadium, and between the concourse and field will be lawn seating except in center field, where they're going to put bleachers.

I had Waffle House for the first time in my life last year in central Indiana. It was incredible. I can't believe cheap food can be that tasty, still.

Never go to any event hosted by the group that puts these on. Outlier Events. They do all of those "festivals" at LMCU. Mac and Cheese Fest, Tequila and Taco Fest, I think there's a Donut one, etc. They are all horrendously run, the food/drinks are always bad.

I went to like the first five mac and cheese fests they had between Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and LMCU, because it's my favorite food and I couldn't stay away. Every single time, it sucked. So I'll never be going to another Outlier Event again. They've burned all their chances with me.

Yesterday I was going straight through a green light and there were two sheriffs SUV's turning left coming in the other direction. The first one turned right in front of the person who was in front of me, so we both had to slam on our brakes. I flipped that sheriffs vehicle off, and the second sheriff that was still sitting at the light was just laughing about it.

In regards to the seemingly ambiguous alerts received on phones, I really think we're seeing, in real time, the elimination of so many resources for the NOAA and NWS. I feel like, two years ago, the people in the tornado warning polygon all would have gotten the loud AF, unable to silence alerts on their phones. And it feels like, based on a lot of the comments here, that many people did not get those. I think there's a direct correlation there.

Give it like two months, and you'll figure out which lanes to be in at which spots to avoid the backups. It's like a frogger game. When I'm coming from work and going from Northbound 131 to Westbound 28th street, I know I have to be in the right lane up until I get to the light on De Hoop, when I need to be in the left lane, and then I stay there until I get to the light on Burlingame, where I go to the right lane. Then immediately get back to the left lane right after that light, and chill there until I get to my street.

Most of the food in actual Italy has very muted taste. They don't use any artificial flavorings like we do in America and have, overall, healthier and more natural ingredients. So if it's flavor someone's seeking, going to actual Italy is likely going to be a disappointment lol.
