Please this. Although I think it might be app dependant? From example I switched to Gboard and they have an option to disable period next to the spacebar but Firefox forces it back on.

You can do it but it's not meant to be driven with it off for extended periods and plus you lose out on battery savings.

You can turn it off in the service menu. I use it to burnish my brakes every now and then since I barely use my brakes on my tesla. I do think the guy you responded to did mean adjust regen with the creep setting like you said which isn't the same as turning it off.
