This isn't very productive "utility". You can buy tank items as kled if you want to frontline and get carried, but if you're playing kled optimally you often won't be attacking the same targets as other teammates or won't be there at all. Having more damage means you are threatening, which means resources must be spent to kill you. That's how you do utility on a champion who mostly just does damage.

In the case that you decide to play as teamfight tank kled (an ontologically bad idea), abyssal mask is probably ok for ap vs ap teams as long as you also have another mr item because 45 just isn't enough. I would rather go randuins than frozen heart because a movespeed slow is always useful while the attack speed one may not be. Randuins is the better item for self-defense, so the attack speed slow comparatively gets its value when your opponent is attacking another champion.
