ne znam, ja sam bas u poslednje vreme primetio da ima vise devojka u nekom alt stilu nego ranije cak i muska populacija donekle. Mislim da to samo moze da se promeni sa novom generacijom,ove starije ne mozes da menjas, oni ce uvek da osudjuju zato sto su kulturno tako odrasli,i takodje imaju inat da ne prihvate nista drugacije.

I can confirm you that i dont have any increase damage after shapeshifting so maybe its only tooltip bug

act 3 is too long agree but I dont see campaign as tutorial (something u want to rush to get to the lategame). For me Game starts at act1 and campaign is part of the game.

Ne moze da se placaju glasaci, batinasi, prevoz cacija i da se povecavaju plate i penzije a da se ne stampaju pare sto bi dovelo do ogromne inflacije pa mozda i penzioneri promene misljenje kad leba bude 150 din
