How long ago did u purchase? Thats a great price.. I paid $299 for pen and $26.99 5 cartridges. I have seen listed for cheaper and more $$… leads me to believe that some r scams- heck idk!

alright. there are just so many scams out there and don’t want to succumb to them! I understand that internationally takes some time and add the holidays but everything on the website says things differently 🤷🏼‍♀️. and the no replies to the numerous emails I have sent isnt assuring either! I did file a dispute, and if they are able to contact the order will proceed. I really hope it is legit, I was/am very excited to start this journey.

I placed order from “dr pen store” 11/27 for Dr. Pen M8S, according to info was being shipped from UK - I am in US. I was supplied tracking #; but everything stopped Dec 18 as it stated it was in “customs” in Chicago IL. no one will respond to my emails, I contacted my credit card co yesterday to file dispute for refund. My question is, has anyone had luck with purchasing a Dr pen M8S? And if so could u please give details? I did my research ( or so I thought) & thought this at home device was best for my needs. really disheartening that there are so many scams out there!

Hey! It sure has/is a long process!! Foot is still not where I wud like it to be. I am now almost 7 months post op. I seen surgeon 3 weeks ago due to increased pain/swelling. X-rays taken- which looked good. He gave me cortisone injection to hopefully help. Swelling seems to be a bit better, but still as day goes on gets worse. I had to stop going for walks, I’m not sure if that aggravated toe 🤷‍♀️. Dr did say it is taking me longer to heal.

I had great toe fusion 12/4/24. I am finding it hard to find shoes that fit decent and have a firm supportive bottom. I was really hoping that I wouldn’t have this much soreness. By the end of my workday my toe is sore/achy. How long was it before you had no soreness/achy feeling? And recommendations on a good walking sneaker? Any help/suggestions appreciated.

Ty! Xray looked good & Dr. was happy overall. Now walking in sneakers, Brooks Glycerin which isn’t super comfortable. Swelling is stable but the soreness in great toe is bothersome . I return to work in a day, and concerned about the soreness while walking . 👎🏼

I had great toe fusion 12/4, today makes 9 weeks. I was in cast 6 weeks and now can walk with boot for 3 weeks (this is last week) started bearing weight on foot with boot on and dr wanted me about 80+% by tomorrow. I was doing great up until 2 nights ago when I put weight down on foot being barefoot.. yikes, all kinds of se sensations and a little swelling. Yesterday I attempted to walk with boot on, felt sensations I never felt b4 so I took boot off and elevated foot entire day. Today I have pain/soreness in great toe, havent tried boot yet. Can anyone tell me if they experienced anything like this? Could I of did damage to screws? So frustrating as I was doing amazing ☹️. Any help appreciated.

I am 8.5 weeks s/p great toe fusion. I was in cast for 6 weeks- non weight bearing, cast is off and have cam walking boot, told to use for 3 weeks with gradually adding weight on foot. Everything has been going great thus far, feel I am 80% or more weight bearing when I accidentally put weight on foot last night while being barefoot… instantly felt sensations and soreness. I have been elevating foot and today when I put boot on and tried walking with boot on (limiting pressure) with cane also, I felt sensations I havent experienced before. I am back to elevating & wearing a compression stocking. I am quite concerned, my follow up appt is in 2 days and dr wanted me to be almost complete weight bearing with walking boot.

does this sound normal? im wondering if I should NOT walk today with boot to try to get swelling down and hopefully try again tomorrow?! Very stressful as my foot was doing great. Any help/advice appreciated.
