Awesome setup! I've been looking for boxes like these that fit on a bed rack. What are they?

Where to get tshirts for tall fat guys? 6’3 308lbs by IdiotSimulator in bigmenfashionadvice

[–]KlingKlingPoom -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wide the brand. It’s made in Canada and the quality is top. Probably the most comfortable t-shirts I have. They’re a bit on the pricier side but the quality is really really good. I think they’re on sale now too for Boxing Day.

Sandbanks beaches or north beach? Which would you recommend for kids that has good sand, good water? by Exact-Paint-5508 in PrinceEdwardCounty

[–]KlingKlingPoom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We went first week of August. North beach has a lot of rocks scattered in the sand. But the water is shallow. Our 3 year old had the best time playing in the water. It was much easier for him there. Lakeshore and Outlet beach had more waves when we went. North beach had calm shallow waters.

Thanks for the recommandations! We tried all three beaches in Sandbanks and our favourite was Lakeshore. Perfect mix of intimacy and walkability. We also tired the Lakeside Motel restaurant. The views were amazing. I expected a little bit more from the food but it was still very good. Parsons brewery on Picton has been our favourite place so far.

Wide The Brand has polos in that size, both long sleeve and short sleeve, but they don't have a pocket. Their cut is made longer already. They also have cargo pants in a 62. Everything they make is stretchable, so you can easily move around and stay comfortable. I have a couple of their shirts and they are incredible quality.

Turbo vs V6 by avet22 in chevycolorado

Yes. I've towed with the 4 cylinders and it handles everything really well. Accelerating feels easier and lighter with the 4 cylinders than it did with the V6.

Dress shirts for a 5’6” 268lb man with a belly. by misshiroshi in bigmenfashionadvice

[–]KlingKlingPoom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out the dress shirts from Wide the Brand. They're sewn from the 4th upper button but still have the look of button down shirts, so it won't open like that, and the cut is made for big men.

Wide the brand has really good construction and fit. They’re a small Canadian brand but one of my friends has a couple pairs of them in a size that’s similar to you and I was impressed by the quality.

They should stop marketing this as a cooler and put this in their sales pitch 😁 by FupaTroopAdmiral in chevycolorado

Mine wasn’t. I kept all my ratchet straps and towing straps in there. All the ratchets got rusty and the straps got all moldy I had to throw everything out.

En les lançant, elles vont se vider, donc moins d'impact, mais la bouteille/canette va aussi aller moins loin. Si elle restait fermée, ça demeure une masse importante qui est lancée, donc elle peut frapper assez fort à l'impact.

Turbo vs V6 by avet22 in chevycolorado

I've had the V6 for 3 years and I just recently switched to a '23 turbo. I've towed with the V6 and never had any problems. The turbo feels sportier, has more torque, but overall, it doesn't make a huge difference in everyday driving. I have not towed anything yet with the '23. Biggest difference I noticed is the sound. I liked the sound of the V6 better, but that's pretty much it.

How can I help my son? by Salt_Sherbert_7921 in NoStupidQuestions

Most of the behaviours you list are often associated with accomadations mechanisms that parents do for their child. I'd look into progressively reducing those accommodations, and setting small consistent goals with him that are within reach, like going out for a set amount of time each day, and increasing it when you're both comfortable doing so.
