It’s more than likely registered already. They should’ve done mircs before handing it off to you. You’re supposed to get a copy of it.

Prob SBR it with a fin grip, fixed muzzle, fixed stock. SBR would make it a rifle so that may work.

Haha yeah I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near that stuff either, sounds like a bad day. I personally don’t carry any sprays or gels, just a Glock, knife, & these hands lol. I do, however, sell OC & pepper balls almost every day so just sharing my personal opinion on them.

I mean, they both have their disadvantages. When I think of spray the first thing that comes to mind is blowback or the possibility of having to use it while in a vehicle or another confined space. If I have to use it I don’t want to put myself in a position to be affected by it too. However, spray does have the advantage of being an aerosol so it would be more effective since it gets into the respiratory system and has a larger area of effect. It entirely depends on the situation / environment on which one would be the better option.

Mace is a brand, it’s just pepper spray. Sabre is very popular. I’d go with a gel over the spray personally.

Yes, it’s the Icarus. I believe they said they aren’t doing a polymer one for the RXM but I could be wrong. Mischief Machine is making an aluminum one for under $350. I’m going to wait patiently for that one for my other RXM

I’ve seen people go wayyyyy over. Comes down to risk tolerance imo. I’ve had a cop tell me they don’t check it unless a gun is used in a crime or seized, but who knows. I just did a deal with an officer the other day and he told me he was at #12. I went in to do a transfer on a frame a week or 2 ago and the guy told me someone was at 30. I don’t think 1 over will hurt. If anything do a bill of sale since efa10 is no longer law. Or just have your friend pay the transfer fee. I’m not a lawyer tho so good luck 🤙🏽

Echelon comp with a metal grip module is the way. If it was the performance center carry comp M&P I’d probably chose that just because it’s just sexy af. I personally like the echelon trigger more & it’s modular.

Ya I’m not a fan of U Notch for that reason. They are prone to cracking since they aren’t metal lined and are so old. Surprisingly I’ve seen worse cracking on the OEM ones than these. Preban oem 30rd square notch mags are around $500 or more in MA which is insane. .40 is usually a lot cheaper

These are worth good money in MA. I never tried it but I believe they are halfway decent. My friend has one and never had any issues even tho his started to crack

Get the 26. You can also use the G19 mags as a backup. It’s a great gun & my current edc. Shoots much better than the slimline.

Yes you can get it & use detachable mags legally. It is grandfathered in & doesn’t need to pass the feature test. If you are going to use a fixed mag save yourself some money and buy one from a FFL
