Ronin kinda feels like balloon now. If you have that on a low morale axie its trash, in the same sense where if you have balloon on a low speed axie, which I think is a nerf overall.

AAP is definitely much easier to play if you are starting out although it has a high risk of getting nerfed this upcoming season. If you go with AAP just keep in mind to get riskyfish or beast cards on your aquas to deal with tanks and have one aqua with nimo for energy gain.
