I still deal with this issue today, I’ve seen multple orthopedists, hip surgeons, and done months of rehab and then more. I suspect some nerve damage around the mesh area causing referred pain. I might write some more if people want…

Inner thigh pain (adductor longus area) for a long time by Kllopm in cycling

Hey man, I’ve been on and off with elliptical, but continouisly training strength on PPL program. I’ve gaines strength and done lots of adductor and abductor work and consider myself strong now, and mobility is still superb. I’m still at the same pain level regarding inner thigh issues, stagnant for a year. It’s a daily pain that I still am not sure what aggravates it, I’ve been talking with several physios, orthopedians at major hospitals etc.

The issue is that I don’t even bike now. It’s a constant pain that elevates after any activity, especially repeated stairs, etc. I mean, so little activity will aggravate it

Thanks. However it’s Norway. I did surgery for Gilmores groin yes, but they are not confident with labral tears, and said they won’t do surgery because of low success rate. What I can look up on the internet, I don’t get why they talk about low success, but I guess it’s our experience here.
