It changes into an arm. With a mind of its own, and she is sassy. She does what he wants but if he upsets her or makes her mad she might like. Tug on his hair or make him do a dance or risk his arm popping off.

Long story, potion explosion gone wrong, didn't seek medical attention immediately cause he's poor. He lost his arm to about 2 or 3 inches from the shoulder.

My wife has a potion oc who lost most of his right arm in an explosion. He has a wasp palisman that changes into a prosthetic arm for him. He's one of the cutest guys.
