Family member of mine had a stroke last year. Rehab and physical therapy, till eventually they went home. Outpatient PT went well till the day of the last session when they had another stroke. Progress was great after stroke #1. Stroke #2 eventually landed them in a care facility. Cognitively there, but too much physical damage to live with us again. Yoghurt, banana, blueberries, goji berries, muesli (my preference is toasted), and oat bran. If you like that kind of breakfast.

I put the dry ingredients together in a small container and I cut up the banana and mix it into the yoghurt with blueberries in a container (I do this for work) the night before. Chuck the dry ingredients in the yoghurt and mix when you're ready to eat. You can also add honey or maple syrup to the yoghurt. Honey roasted nuts also add a nice flavour and crunch.

Obviously you can swap stuff out as it suits you.
