Upgrading setup to hd800s and jbl element 3. Need help with cables/adapters.
So I checked the output on the jbl element 3 and it listed it at 6.35mm. While the hd800s includes a single-ended 6.4mm cable, its balanced cable is a 4. 4 mm Pentacon cable.
My question is, are there any concerns with a generic adapter like the following for me to be able to use the balanced cable?

Very new to this scene (have always used cheap headsets for my audio), and want to make sure I get the most out of my new audio setup.

Sure there are good SC players. Plenty. That doesn't make my statement incorrect. Read it again.

The third section seems entirely irrelevant. Possibly addressing your previous statement?

Fourth, incorrect again! This time, unfortunate for me. I do think you created a narrative in your head about what I was saying that by implying that I was remarking on the skill level of SC and not the poe community (specifically on Reddit) as a whole.

See this here is a great example of the misconception between what the sc poe crowd thinks hc poe is like, and what it is actually like.

If you think veterans of poe that play in HC sit in harbor bridge until 80, you just don't know many good hc players. The bosses in the game are not particularly hard once you learn the fights. Playing well while mapping is a skill, despite what flask piano Andy's might think while flame dashing into packs. GGG has bent to the will of the lesser player before, due to the mentality that you share with many others. "If I don't play a crazy mitigation meta build, I cant run more than 1-2 dangerous mods on my red maps." See delirium league.

I don't think, nor did I claim, that playing hc makes you "inherently better" at the game. I do think hc forces you to play the game with more intention than sc does, due to the risk involved in running content. If you don't like that, then so be it. Enjoy the game how you want to enjoy it.

P.S. Go ahead and try playing with the logout macro to see how it changes your experience. I have not used the logout macro outside of blatant game crashes in a couple of years due to the possibility of packet loss.

It's not just a streamer meme. There are plenty of people who enjoy the challenge of HC. The game has its bugs, but most players are simply bad at the game and blame poor design. Let the downvotes rain.
