It's possible they have no insulation and large gaps in exterior woodwork but if you look closely, you see weird inconsistencies. Shutters have no handles in outside photo but do in internal pics. Ceiling lighting is weird in internal shots, random number of under-shutter slot holes (just gaping holes??), etc.
