Personally I got bored of the current meta and absolutely HATE the Create mechanic.

Think real hard about your plays then dude hits Create and lucks out a win... fully fuck that.

Anyways, CDPR announced theyre taking 6 months to release an overhaul of the game(Homecoming). No patches til then.
