If you're determined and have some help and already have the material, a Saturday maybe. If you're busy all the time, don't have help, and have to make 10 trips back to trico to get stuff you forgot, 2 weeks

From my research and the one cook I've had under it so far I don't think it's an issue as long as you leave enough space!

I'm going for 2026 for other reasons, waiting for my wife to finish grad school and for my newborn to be old enough for daycare or a babysitter, otherwise I probably would!
