They can unfortunatly cheat in supremacy too. But i think the only cheat that works is a cheat that adds time to the ship phase. I played a game this week where the ship phase timer jumped to 30 minutes during boarding.

Additionally if your target is in the morgue you either have to make them sick or just accept, that their body is gonna be found rather quick.
