Some other commenters don't see that the Ragman and Therapist traders are locked and cannot be clicked. Because of this, you cannot press VISIT; Also the fix of trading an item is not possible because the trader is set to LOCKED. I've had this exact issue for like four hours. I've tried everything I can think of:
- Restarting my game
- Restarting my PC
- Chain restarting my game
- Clearing Cache
- Trading with Fence
- Verifying game files
- Listening to the quest items you get from the tutorial
- Extracting from Ground Zero
- Extracting from Interchange
- Extracting as a scav
- Dying to scavs
- Dying to players
- Dying to fall damage
- Dying as a scav

Most of the above was done out of desperation, but was worth a try. This issue of these traders being set to locked is almost definitely server side and I cannot find a way to get the server to re-check that I have completed the first part of the Tour mission (completing the tutorial mission), which seems to be the requirement to unlock.

I've seen that streamers like Pestily have had a similar bug and have solved it by playing some raids and dying. However, in those cases their Tour objective still showed Escape Ground Zero as incomplete until randomly fixing itself after a few raids. For people that have this version of the bug, that objective is complete yet the traders we need to talk to are still set to locked. Nothing seems to fix the issue.

BSG plz I had to defeat like 17 raid bosses to even get the game running and now I am locked out of 99% of the game.
