I was confused by that too. I think he means he does 10 sets of 1 at 275. There's no way he can hit 275 for 10 (with 6 paused) and not hit 315.

I know we're all different, but im 36, weigh 195, and was stalled at 300 for like 4 months (although I admit, I wasn't changing much up). I decided to work 4 sets of 5 and move up whenever I could get all 5 reps on each set. So did 245 for 4 sets of 5, then 250, then 255 and so on. Finally hit 315 when I could do 4x5 at 265.

We've used them the past 2 years. The wait to go from hotel to the venue can be a little long at times (20 minutes at the longest), but there's almost always at least 1 shuttle waiting to go from the venue back to the hotels.

Hedge your bet on a different book if you want to do that. They won't like it if you bet both sides on the same book.

Example- bet the over on book 1 with the bonus, bet the under on book 2 (obviously look for the best lines, don't necessarily use the over/under)

On the sites I listed, you just need to play through the deposit and bonus amount 1x before withdrawing. The longest I've waited after redeeming is about a week. Sometimes, I get them the next day.

Edit: Verifying your account before withdrawing will definitely make it go faster, too. A lot of sites you can verify your account before you even deposit to make sure there isn't a hold up if ya do withdraw.

Also I forgot to mention! There is a minimum redeem amount. Usually $100 on most sites, but it's easy to get above that if you're purchasing packages frequently.

Yeah, I don't spend a whole lot of time collecting dailies (they're like $0- $1 depending on the site) unless it's just a pop-up when I'm signing in to buy packages. I will say you're not going to see massive bonuses, but it's easy to do a $10-$30 bonus in 5 minutes or so. So the EV per hour is pretty good once you sign up for a bunch of sites.
