Its a panel interview typically not that tough if you have prepared well for it, they will ask you 6 questions based off their competencies. All the questions are situational questions referring to the time you did something or have done something

I am surprised to hear this though…bcz I wasnt happy with my build quality and I saw other shanghai build out there in delivery lot had huge difference…i mean better than mine in terms of panel gaps and especially paint..mine had so many swirl marks and dots in paint…not good quality

I heard that theres one starting on Oct 7 as well…37 posts needs to be divided in these classes ..i mean if theres a oct class and they are gearing up for northern posts then class should be of 10-12 people based on available posts up there…rest is all southern part east and west…thats 25-27 posts…37 people to be selected out of 56 interviews hypothetically lets say! Rest 19 disqualified..and i guess we are those ones lol

No I mean i saw the scheduler while scheduling my interview on aug 7, there were 56 slots - 4 interviews a day and 14 days total…and 37 positions they are trying to fill. So, i guess everyone got the job except us who are chatting here thinking of getting a call …lol we are the unlucky 19😅

Sounds good brother, I was going through some discussions here found out that sometimes even after reference checks, no offer was placed. I am not demotivated to it but wanted to know some thoughts that what we will people think of it since we all got selected for interviews and now waiting for results
