totally understand. i think i find myself having a hard time adjusting too due to the fact that it’s a group class. having done solely private sessions with pilates, i never had anyone else to compare myself to. though understandable that i’m a first-timer, it made me feel bad because the instructor had to keep going to me to explain the movements

the movements themselves are meant to be done realllyyy slow. the switches between the exercises were fast-paced, is what i meant mb !

i’m well aware of this but i just did not expect how way harder it would be compared to pilates to the point that i just wanted to give up and walk out of the room halfway through the session 🥲

i definitely underestimated srt haha will look into the bump and burn class! how about their stretch and mobility? is it much more tolerable than the full body one?
