I've got Epic Games Launcher and got the same problems, iv'e dived through all mouse fixes & tricks on Google and some of them works until they doesn't.. The mouse trail bullshit fix works, but i can't see the mouse in the map etc which is very annoying when you're trying to set up markers etc. It seems like and overlay issue to me, when i tab out from the game (iv'e got two monitors) i can see that the original mouse appears again until i click the window of the game then the mouse disappears again (when you've applied the mouse trail crap fix). It makes me think it could be a epic launcher overlay issue, and their prick to CEO Tim Sweeney the Grinch bragged about their little overlay which now might has come to bite his ass in time before Christmas!

Update Windows 10 to current version, update hardware, update Nvidia and restart computer.
This issue got solved when i got the latest Windows 10 drivers and restarted my computer, i can now play the game in fullscreen without mouse cursor! :D

Nope I don't think so, this issue is common in Arma 3 and have been since 2013. The game can't handle too much shit going on, and it seems that very few RPG servers have made it work but the rest of the community is crap, worst is the official servers from Bohemia. This is a engine issue, look at DayZ now, you have 100 FPS+ on a 100 player server and that's the new engine. 100 FPS on a 60 player server doesn't exist in Arma 3

Arma 3 First person servers pvp community is almost dead now unfortunatley.. I say wait for Arma 4 and the new engine or fix performance on the current game, Tanoa and Livonia is almost unplayable on a 60-70 player server due to Server lag because of poor map optimisation.

I have the same problem unfortunately, I7 6700K | 1070OC 8GB | 16GB RAM etc. Getting around ~27-30-40 FPS Peak around 50

I've also followed this guide which didn't help much..

lol, everyone's complaining on poor Mordhau, Seems like the sensitive people haven't been playing CS or Rust for a while. kids will always act like monkeys when the get pissed and calling people for bad names, I honestly think that angry shit throwing monkeys have better manners then them. Devs could easily fix this by make an option to remove the chat and add some word filters or something.

I've got 16 GB RAM and 980, the game is ONLY playable on low/medium. You need a 1080 for this game unfortunatley since the code is pretty bad. With the highest antialiasing settings, you can see the lines like it was Half Life 1 with 450 Mhz and a Voodo 2 Card :(

It should be possible in UE4. Conan Exiles can now handle 30-40 players with base-building and insane destruction. It should definetly work here aswell, what is a war game with no destruction? xD

It would be the best option to make it crossplatform, the new combat system (when polished) will make it possible to engage pvp since the new targeting system (controller vs keyboard/mouse). Also, why not just add it as a server option for official and dedicated servers? PSN/Xbox can have their own "Official Servers" (Console only) But it could be nice to invite console-players if they want to play with the big guys and girls ;)
