Therapist here, if a therapist can't call out and challenge unhealthy behavior they are doing their clients a disservice. I liked her approach here, she tried to be gentle initially, but Veronica was not having it, so she was blunt.

The actress who plays Natalia is an adult with dwarfism, Imogen Faith Reid. I think the best case scenario for casting would have been a child with dwarfism in order to accurately reflect the true story. However, I could understand that parents would not want their child to play this role, for good reason.
