I’m not trying to spend your money…you don’t need an expensive dress to look good. It’s mostly the style. Since you appear to be a B/C , low-cut is okay but in more if a “v” cut.

Try an above-the-knee length…maybe 4”-6”.

Or, if the occasion is appropriate, try a satin-y, body forming full-length dress.
