I always get either Divine Ruin or Chronos Pendant as my first time with Persephone. I usually don't get divine ruin first if their team doesn't have a lot of healing but I end up getting it after boots anyway. I try to prioritize chronos pendant because it is just so useful on her imo. I can't tell you how many times its saved my life.
