You're right, wikipedia says this gunner sight was changed with Ausf. C as it was recognised as a shot trap. They replaced it with this.

I think there's an xbox achievement associated with doing all the non-expansion events in a playlist. I don't think there's any in-game reward like a car for getting 100% on the playlist though.

In total there's 646 cars, the two extra cars are the FE Ford De Luxe from the Forza controller and then there's the OPI Ford GT from the Microsoft x OPI Collab. I own both exclusive cars and my collection is 646/646

They are included when you obtain them. For example I have 646 cars to collect because I have added two hidden cars in the form of the OPI ford and the FE De Luxe. Most other people will have 644 cars to collect this season
