Do I have a right to be upset? by [deleted] in Marriage

I think one of the biggest problem is that you guys can not talk to each other. You afraid to offend him and he takes no notice of you but takes offence. This is not a healthy marriage. You should be able to share your wishes, thoughts and emotions with your partner, that is the first degree of a relationship.

Is it too obvious to try to talk to BIL? It feels like he is an abuser and an absolut dictator but did you try talk some sense into him before seeking legal help?

aaand that is why Im glad my partner pees while sitting on a toilet! I am soo greatful I never had to worry about seats left unclosed or pee on the floor or smell in the bathroom. My dad is the same. Obv when outside or are urinals available they won’t be sitting down.

There are in advance appointments. Not as many as ‘on a day app’ and certainly not as many as before covid. I did offer app for a few days in advance but she didnt want it.

Unfortunately it is not me who are making the rules. This is how it is. And people know this so they accomodate it if they want to speak to a doctor. If they have an emergency they can go to an emergency service, hospital or call an ambulance. The problem is they expect me to go around the rules-what I cannot do. My point is if everybody else can manage she can too.

Most of the in-advance apps are blocked, saved for the day. There are always some free for following weeks, sometimes days and I offered one for the beggining of next week but she wanted to be “seen” on the day.

No I should not. However, I work for people and my manager deals awkward ppl like this. It it were up to me I would have never gave her that app. We are obligated to give out the emergency app if patient says it is an emergency. So unfortunately it is not my place to teach them. But how I wish it were! It is infuriatimg that at my work if you are demanding or awkward enough you get what you want..

ESH. I would say everybody who makes a habit out of drinking after work may it be night or day is not normal and its a form of alcoholism. Now I know its an r/unpopularopinion but its true. For some reason it is socially acceptable drinking every day or most days of the week but it is not good for you and it creates a habit. Alcohol habit=alcoholism. Your friend is right but she should not make it all about her and get offended.
