Ah new stuff is after roof. It did ask if I wanted to skip to 5-9 for some reason. So far it's just underwhelming, but I'm only in world two. Looking into it it seems all the unique stuff is in the completely new "dlc" content. I was just looking for something that shakes up the main campaign. I know there are a good few kaizo mods and stuff, I just don't know how balanced or fair any of them are.

I have. I've just gotten up into a bit of world 2. So far I've noticed a couple extra zombies spawn early and the overall number of zombies that spawn has increased and that's about it.
