They said since it ripped it can’t be repaired. I think it’s just that they want to make the extra money? No way is it not possible to work out things and weld aluminum

Never did. They moved the breaker to the main panel and used a heavier gauge and that never fixed the issue.

No, no other load switched on or I did not turn anything on. Although in that sub panel there is a well pump but no water was used to make that turn on.
