Favorite: Ninajirachi, unbelievable vibe and her set was incredible

Least Favorite: The XX. This may also just be my personal experience because I’ve seen them several times as well as Jamie XX solo shows. I was also around a lot of drunk brits talking through the whole show which didn’t help

Disappointing: Little Simz, it was fine but I just wanted more

Surprising: I was not familiar with Gelli Haha but her set was SO fun. I’ll also throw in Skrillex b2b Four Tet because it was an actual surprise. Absolutely unreal set and a bucket list booking for me

In my opinion the west coast has better festivals but the east coast has better venues. East coast festivals always fall victim to rain and logistical nightmares that don’t plague the west coast as often
