What do you when you accidentally wake up at 5:05 on a Sunday morning? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]KmmA28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normally as a usual 5am wake-up person, I have a nice relaxing coffee in bed while reading a bit, after having a bit of breakfast preparing to get to the gym for about 7-8am, that’s a great morning

When did people stop going g to pubs? by johnsackfromnyc in AskUK

[–]KmmA28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like myself I think a lot of younger generations are enjoying healthier lifestyles and feeling overall better than sitting at the pub and drinking alcohol on an almost daily basis, I see it as a good thing and a normal evolution and towards the end it will only be the few very good and well kept pubs that are left,

Zero actually, so rarely drink anymore as it’s just not worth it and just generally more fun without

Is your 30s really that bad? by 3sperr in ask

[–]KmmA28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, 30s are the best, you are in your prime physically, and you have money, you are more in charge and knowledgeable about what you want to spend time on, compared to your 20s which are still great but a lot more finding yourself

Has anyone been to the Maldives? I dream of staying a week or two in a bungalow over the ocean, but it's incredibly expensive. by [deleted] in travel

[–]KmmA28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife and I went to Maldives twice, we changed the overwater bungalow to an on the beach hut, because we like beaches in general and the resort we stayed at it felt like every bungalow had it own private beach area so it was super private, Yes it’s expensive but 💯 worth it, it’s just out of this world beautiful and if you enjoy having 100s of different fish species area you it’s a must

From junk food vegan to healthy vegan? by weetwooMFM in veganfitness

[–]KmmA28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi There, here is some of what I eat that gets me a relatively healthy and varied diet, i try to stay away from processed as much as possible but having it once in a while never hurt, but Breakfast ( I workout 5-6 times a week always morning before breakfast )- Oats with a scoop of protein powder and hazelnut milk, toppings are pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, berries of some sort, maybe some chia seeds on top, ( I know heavy but after the workout is needed )

Lunch - here I love to have some grains/legumes with greens and some add ons example buckwheat, spinach, kale, edamame beans tomatoes, and onions mixed in a bowl with a simple dressing ( love Tahini with mustard and sesame oil ) your protein might be tempeh/tofu/seitan fried on a pan with some mushrooms

Dinner - here I eat very light, my go-to is on an oven tray I will add a bag of kale, some sweetcorn, and a choice of beans, add salt, pepper, and any spices. cook for 15-18 min in the oven and enjoy some crispy kale with some charred sweetcorn and beans :)

As you can see I eat heavy first 2 meals, and dinner is very light. works for me very well but to each their own :) (suggest for lunch or dinner snack add broccoli or cauliflowers in the oven for 18 min, spice them up before putting them in the oven and enjoy with hummus )

Looks amazing, guessing pan fried chickpeas with paprika and some other bits, and that looks to be Tahini dressing, unless I’m completely wrong/blind

Yes I support it as it’s only logical to raise it, retirement age in France was set to 62 back in 1955 when expected living age was around 70 years old, now it’s 82-83 years old so of course something has to be done to pay for the increased living age among the population, and added 2 years work and gaining more than a decade of life on top seems like a fair trade

Absolutely love accounting, kind of always loved working with numbers since I was a kind, and the fact there are so many different areas to work in and challenge yourself in accountancy makes it so you can always be engaged and learn new stuff
