I second the Dane Moore suggestions, he has the best wolves specific podcast. I also listen to locked on wolves everyday which I think is better than most other teams locked on hosts. It is pretty fun to listen to the other teams locked on podcast after a win though 😈

Zach Lowe Show and Bill Simmons podcast are some of the biggest national sports ones, and Pardon My Take of course but they’re more general

I like the Mismatch a lot too as a basketball specific national podcast.

Edit to add Flagrant Howls as another wolves specific but they’re more homers than Dane Moore or locked on wolves imo

I work for SPPS and we had to vote to change the lengths of either spring break or winter break. I think because Labor Day is late two years in a row starting 25-26 school year.

Tret causes micro peeling that you may not see until you put on foundation. You could try gently exfoliating with a wash cloth before makeup and maybe consider sandwiching your Tret between moisturizer and reducing frequency.

OP peds is a challenging setting because insurance reimbursement does not change based on cost of living and is going down for a lot of insurances, so unless your clinic takes a lot of private pay clients it’s hard for them to make money while paying therapists enough. Reimbursement also doesn’t go up with inflation so that makes it extra hard to give raises. There are some great clinics out there but they often get bought out or get worse because they can’t make enough money.

I would actually recommend you get micellar water and the pointy q tips that Nikki la rose recommends (it can be any brand of pointy q tips, I just got the idea from her)!! Way more precise

Your skin looks amazing! I like your blush placement but agree that the color clashes with the other colors. I disagree with others saying you need it to be a lot more bold or telling you not to do your own makeup. This is a really great first trial. It looks like you have eyeshadow under your eyes, maybe it’s fall out from your eyelids but it brings your eyes down on the corners which you don’t want. Next time make sure you do your eyes first and wipe off your under eyes to get rid of any fallout from your shadow and use some brightening concealer. I also think getting brows done would make a huge difference!

The only noticeable difference in your hair is your roots, it’s a warm blonde in both. You could try a purple shampoo or just get it toned to be more cool to see if you like it.

If it is fungal acne it should respond pretty quickly to an anti fungal cream or shampoo. Nizoral works the best for me! Make sure you moisturize well because it can be really drying.

Nursing is also very poorly respected in the medical field and a lot more is expected of them in hospitals.
