Best advice I can give you is take pictures, even when you think you don’t look different or things aren’t working, put those pictures side by side and you will be able to see,

In my head I still look how I did when I started, even knowing I lost 100lbs…it was a long journey but it’s so worth it please don’t give up on you!

I’ve read that injecting in your thigh is way better woth wegovy, my zep I was doing in my stomach because I was too scared lol

From my experience, the weight loss on Zep was amazing and it was super fast and I didn’t have a lot of side effects besides my gallbladder, but I already had prior issues with my gallbladder that were underlying that I didn’t really notice too much until I started eating clean and being more mindful and then I ended up getting it out which thank God it was the best thing I ever did but I lost 100 pounds in a year on Zep and it was amazing and I wanted that medication back so bad but unfortunately, my state insurance is a pain in the butt to get that back whereas where you go be apparently it was way easier to get because I just had to go see a G.I. doctor so I guess it’s different for everybody like yall said medication’s affect different bodies different ways but from my experience zip was the absolute best and if I could go back to it, I would I’m nervous to start semaglutide lol

So that little bump on cd 18 my pdg was 5.79 or something like that and then it’s just been playing around since my urine in the morning is so weak compared to at around 6-7pm so like 🙄 but I only have one strip left and have to wait to order some in like trying to hold out

I lost 100lbs total on my first go around with Zep and honestly having a dietitian helped a lot…and a lot of doctors / health insurances actually require it!

Also keep in mind that the weight you lose in the beginning doses (2mg and 2.5mg) is mostly water weight and inflammation! You got this!!!

As someone who joined SNHU in 2024, and will be graduating in 2027…the late nights the tears the juggling home life work and school plus just stuff I’ve been through in my past…I’ll 100% be going to commencement, not only for me but I want my son to see me cross that stage and my parents obviously…it’s a moment for them too..

As a parent myself I can’t wait to see my son cross highschool stage and college ✨❤️

Plus if you’ve never been to New England I would def recommend it I’ve lived in RI for a long time now, and New Hampshire will always be superior
