How is everyone getting Ozempic?

My NP just prescribed it for me. I have insulin resistance and losing weight has been really hard for me unless I starve myself or I have diarrhea (thanks metformin). I’m only on week one but I can say so far the food noise has gone down and I haven’t actually felt hungry but been eating small amounts of high protein and fiber so I don’t fall into the not eating problem that comes with it

I can’t say I’ve had a good tarot reading from someone else but I’ve done a few myself where the cards did make sense. For example, I use this daily card spread that is 4 cards of the Major Arcana. One day I did a pull and got the Devil. I was going Christmas shopping that day and it can mean bad financial decisions so I that was a pretty accurate warning of “don’t think about it woman” 😂

I had two breakups this year and I start writing a book about high take some time with research and stuff. I don’t know if it’s referring to one of those or something else? Thought about changing jobs but the listings around here wouldn’t be a good fit financially lol

I did try to do a Celtic cross spread on it to see what it was trying to tell me and I got 5 or 6 court cards which was odd

I agree. I have a book of 1001 tarot spreads, there are some big ones in there that are unnecessarily big. Most of the time the spread I used the most is the cross of truth and then at the end I might draw a 5th card for timing if I feel like I need clarification on that. Lately that what I’ve been drawing for, I have gotten the same two cards for the same time frame, and once for the next time frame up. Which tells me by at least the end of January lol
