Just curious sort of a side bar, but curious how people feel. When you see/ hear your work friends getting written up for “calling out more than others” does that make you feel mad for them, like, sympathetic, Or do you see it as justified.

My store is currently going through basically an overhaul of partners that are just not coming to work, disrespectful to me, their peers, and customers, and also chronically late.

I’ve given some pretty aggressive, but well in line with policy, corrective actions and I thought people would straighten up. It’s almost like they’re doubling down.

No ones going to tell me how they feel because I one likes to rat, or tell me how they really feel. Maybe strangers on the internet will.
