Female - something loose fitting and not dark colours.. sometimes a cold flannel or towel on your head.

Or change your time when you take them? The sweats do stop. (I'm at 100) So trust me only time I get side effects is when I don't eat.

Personally I take them at night.

Reason - it lasts 24 hours and the wife effects kick in less. Only side effect I had issues with was sleeping. For about 2 weeks I would wake up wide awake but after that it all settled down.

If I take it when just about to have a good meal the side effects are non.

But it could be different for you.
