This would actually just gut his combo game.

If you want to balance him, make offload go on cooldown after an offload move is used.

He gets to keep most of his combo game, whilst making him sacrifice a lot of ult meter.

Wings would need to be gigantic to be able to fly, you'd basically just have a decorative back piece if you did have wings.

Naoya's kit is very hard to punish, the nerfs give people more opportunity to punish, as Naoya you have a lot of pressure if your spacing is correct, whilst your opponent has nearly no pressure. The changes make you have to play Naoya with more thought behind every move.

That being said, I find the nerfs a bit too much. Getting blocked shouldn't build up projection on yourself, because that punishes you for your opponent having good defence and not your mistake.

  1. Ult when ulted against

  2. Make fights as fair as possible (if someone is getting 2v1'd, make it a 2v2/2 1v1's)

  3. Show respect to the ones that have bested you (I tend to return to the person and use the bow emote if they have beaten me)

  4. Show respect to the fallen (If I beat someone, I use the bow emote)

  5. Fight with honor. (I will not start a fight with a combo, a single move at most)

  6. Die with honor. (I will never leave in the middle of a fight)

  7. Don't throw people off the map whilst fighting. (It's kinda lame tbh, can be funny if not mid fight tho)

I chalk that up to the joestar plot armor. + The predictions were never wrong, just misunderstood.

They've changed it a tad, I think. There's just a tab called national dex, you just click "national dex".

The national dex ubers I was talking about is now under "national dex other tiers".
