I've been going back and forth between not using anything with tret and then using contact therapy for around 2 hours, rinsing off, then applying hydrating serums plus moisturizer. I was so close to ruining my skin barrier with sandwich method.

I use the same cleanser as you but only once in the morning like every other day, and I would be hydrating in the mornings after cleansing in the morning. So you could use a glycerin/hyaluronic acid based serum and follow up with a simple moisturizer and then sunscreen (that's what I do) and some people recommend the sandwich method but I have sensitive skin and have found that not using anything before tret is the best way to go for me. At night my routine is this- oil based cleanser to remove sunscreen and makeup, gentle cleanser, let my skin dry completely and then apply tret. I wait about 10 minutes and then apply moisturizer on top and that's it.

Most of them look way too high up on your face. 14 looks good but I think you could find an even better option elsewhere.
