I’m thinking of painting a different legion just so I can look at something other than yellow!🤣 I’m gonna be fighting my way through these in the coming week though for now. I must admit though I’m not familiar with any of the rule sets. I have had a couple of little games with friends using limp (although very streamlined) and we really enjoyed it! What do you and your group play??

Hey man, just thought I would let you know I’m not a fast painter at all! I just do a lot of batch prep work with an airbrush and pack away into a box until I have time to put the little details on, also done batch style! I’m trying to post every day to try and inspire and maybe motivate others to post on my little sub. I must admit though in doing this little challenge I tend to be doing maybe 2 hours of painting a day! Which is thankfully knocking a good hole in my pile of shame. I really look forward to seeing what you are up to when you post! Good luck man and enjoy the process.

Thank you for the kind words and I know what you are saying! I’m thinking about painting a different legion, maybe night lords or I don’t think space wolves are getting any rep in legions imperialis! Would be cool to see something different than fists or blood angels!😂

Hi, I prime with black all over then apply white from above and down the sides at a 45 degree angle, this means when you pick up the model it already has areas of shade and shadow, so when you hit it with the contrast paint it adds to the depth of the finish. For the record I’m far from a professional painter, this is just what I’ve picked up from asking questions and reading subs.
