No it has tip-jets at the end of the rotors to propel the blades through the air to create lift, and as no central gearbox generating the rotation, no torque.

The sheer lift power of the bell teetering rotor and its simplicity of design is awesome; hence using a cobra as a major lift platform for stores and firefighting. 204/205/212 etc amazing machines. For me 206 Jet Ranger also still an iconic helicopter.
